Outlook Sync & Backup Portable is a very useful tool for Microsoft Outlook that can be used for two different scenarios. One, to make a backup of your Outlook data on your USB storage device so you can access the data on a remote PC, or two, to synchronize your Outlook data between different PCs (e.g. between your desktop, laptop and netbook).
The software works on the Outlook folder level, it meaning that you can backup the selected few folders in PST file and reducing the size of your archive files. Outlook Sync & Backup will help you get all your data back in case of data loss or migrating from one system to other.
The Outlook Sync is important feature, which gives a number of possibilities in home or business environment. You can use to program to:
