  PastePerfect is a Freeware that makes it easy to store and retrieve most commonly used items while writing emails and documents. Anything that passes thru the Windows clipboard goes thru PastePerfect and can be archived for later use. Paste your favorite items anywhere, anytime you want!

Build a sequence of text like a userID + password for your email site and save it;

Then use that sequence to paste its items in a sequence manner, separated by TABS jumping automatically from 1 field to the other as your information is being pasted by PastePerfect;
